schachmatt

(Checkmate)

The board is set, the clock is running, and the game starts: „Schachmatt“ tells the story of a chess game of a lonely old man experiencing the boundaries of reality shifting as chess pieces come to life. In the game, two rather „peculiar“ chess pieces move across the chess field, at times acrobatic, at times dancing. They jump and climb, balance and manipulate, they stand on their hands, over and under each other, back and forth. Be amazed and laugh at a chess game  beyond the imaginable!

„Schachmatt “ combines elements of acrobatics and theater (object manipulation) and is a play without speech suitable for all ages.
